Agnes L. Harris

MCDONALD: Agnes L. Harris, age 92 of Hilliard, formerly of McDonald, OH., passed away Friday, July 5, 2013 at The Laurels of Hilliard Nursing Facility. Agnes was born October 20, 1920 in Isoline, TN, she was the daughter of E. Walter and Susie (Woody) McCormick. Agnes attended Mineral Ridge High School and graduated in 1939. She married Donald M. Harris on March 8, 1940 and together they had two children. Agnes was a homemaker and a member of the Bailey Road Baptist Church. She was a former member of the Garden Club of Mineral Ridge. Survivors include her daughter; Sue A. (Martin) Hamer of Galloway, son; Donald W. (Elizabeth) Harris of Highland Village, TX, six grandsons; Keith, Craig, and Matthew Hamer, Brian, Dr. Timothy and Scott Harris, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Agnes is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Donald. Visitation will be held Friday, July 12, 2013 from 6-8pm, and Saturday, July 13th from 10-11am at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Mineral Ridge Chapel. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 11am on Saturday. Interment will take place at Kerr Cemetery.
