Donald Kyle Sanson

There will be a funeral service 12 PM Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel for Donald K. Sanson of McDonald, who passed away Wednesday morning at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Don was born January 27, 1942 in Fairmont, WV, a son of the late Tilden and Opal (Stuart) Sanson. A graduate of East Fairmont High School, he retired in 2001 from General Motors in Lordstown after 30 years of service, and was a member of the UAW 1112. He enjoyed participating in and going to car shows, loved watching western movies, and most of all loved spending time with his grandkids. He is survived by his wife the former Janice Ann Kline whom he married November 1, 1964; three children: Jeffrey K. Sanson of Hubbard, Joseph S (Angela). Sanson of McDonald, and Jason T. (Becky) Sanson of Delaware; one brother: Tilden Sanson of Austintown and six grandchildren: Allison, Chelsea, Olivia, Joshua, Kyle, and Zachary Sanson. Besides his parents, Don is preceded in death by two brothers: Dale and Thomas Sanson. Friends may call from 5 PM until 8 PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel.
