Doris Jean Lambert

Doris Jean Lambert, of Masury, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday morning March 8, 2013 at her home. She was eighty-five years old. Jean was born in Colton, Ohio on July 25, 1927 the daughter of Charles and Dorothy (Bethel) Cook. She loved every person she met and was a loving grandma to everyone she knew. Jean was a member of the First Church of Christ in Hermitage, PA and also had enjoyed working crossword puzzles and was an avid reader. Jean leaves behind her sons Ronald E. Lambert and his wife Kim of Bristolville, OH, and Timothy L. Lambert of Masury, OH; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Orville "Tubey" E. Lambert whom she married on February 14, 1944 and passed away on May 9, 1985, her daughter Connie Jean Bond on September 14, 2002, as well as a brother and four sisters. Calling hours for friends and family will be held on Monday March 11, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Madasz Chapel of Lane Family Funeral Homes in Brookfield, OH. Rev. Carson Sexton will conduct a funeral service beginning at 11:00AM on Tuesday morning at the funeral home. Burial follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren, Ohio.
