Dorothy Louise Jarvis

Dorothy Louise Jarvis, 83, of Vienna passed away Sunday evening August 10, 2008 with her family at her side. Born October 31, 1924 in Wampum, PA, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Helen Louise (Miller) Lindsay. A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Dorothy retired in 1994 from Trumbull Memorial Hospital where she worked in the Medicare Department for 23 years. She enjoyed watching TV with her cat Tigger. She will be dearly missed by her daughter and Son-in-law Lynn and Robert Ulp of Vienna with whom she made her home, two grandchildren Jonathan Ulp of Chicago and Jennifer Ulp of Vienna, by a sister Dolores (James) Allsopp of Warren, sister-in-law Joan Lindsay, several nieces and nephews, and a special friend Judy Krause of Niles. She was preceded in death by a brother Robert Lindsay. Rev. James Houston will conduct a funeral service Thursday at 7pm at the Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel where family and friends may visit from 5 to 7pm prior to the funeral service. According to Dorothy's wishes, cremation will take place and private burial will be held in the Pineview Memorial Park.
