Youngstown—Funeral services will be held at 11AM Monday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Frances I. Decker of Youngstown who died Thursday morning in North Side Medical Center. Mrs. Decker was born September 12, 1916 in Fairchance Pa. the daughter of Fred D. and LaVerna (Clovis) Price. She was a member of the Western Reserve United Methodist Church; she had been an avid golfer and an Atlanta Braves Fan. Her husband Earl V. Decker whom she married June 27, 1937 died August 30, 1997. Two sons Earl L. and Betty of Youngstown, Vernon and Peg of Jackson Mississippi, three sisters Myrtle Frazee of Cleveland, Rose Bokesch and Wilma Wilson both of Austintown, five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren survive Mrs. Decker. Friends may call from 10-11 AM Monday at the funeral home. The family requests that Memorial Tributes take the form of donations to the donor’s favorite charity in Frances's name
