Frank A. "Butch" McLean, age 73, passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic. Frank was born on August 21, 1939 to the late Sydney McLean and Emma (Mason) McLean-Como in Warren, Ohio. On August 8, 1974 Frank married the love of his life, Pamela (Elwood) McLean. Frank worked for the City of Warren Police Department for 30 years, was a part of the Carroll F. Clapp Lodge NO. 655, F.O.P., Scottish Rite Valley of Youngstown, Otterbein United Methodist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army. Franks greatest joy in life was spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. Frank is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pamela McLean; daughters, Colleen McLean and Megan McLean; granddaughter, Meara Jones; grandson, Brendan Jones; and brothers, Sydney McLean and Fred McLean. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; step father, Albert Como and brother, David McLean. Funeral services for Frank will be on Monday, June 17, 2013 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Robert- Clark Chapel (180 Garfield Drive NE) at 12:00pm with calling hours one hour prior. Calling Hours will be at the funeral home on Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00pm with Masonic service beginning at 5:00pm. Burial will be at Pineview Memorial Park with military honors by the Trumbull County Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to Otterbein United Methodist Church or the Trumbull County Animal Welfare League.
