Michael James Magliocca

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Friday, April 3rd at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Michael James Magliocca, 59, of New Springfield, who died Wednesday morning April 1, 2015. He was born November 14, 1955 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Ralph and Mary (Bridge) Magliocca. Michael was a 1973 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and had worked for K-Mart and Dart as a truck driver for 20 years, retiring in 1998. Michael was an avid fisherman, hunter, and he loved camping with his family. He is survived by his wife, the former Sherry Deemer, whom he married on December 15, 1984; his daughter, Jessica Marie Magliocca, of Struthers; his five siblings, Michele (Bob) Palmer of Orlando, Florida, Sandra Magliocca of Austintown, Ralph (Beth) Magliocca of Canfield, Daniel Magliocca of Highlands, North Carolina. Michael is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. In addition to his parents, Ralph and Mary Magliocca, Michael was preceded in death by his step-mother, Nancy (Thomas) Magliocca, and his sister, Diane Magliocca. Family and friends may call from 10:00 am to Noon on Friday, April 3rd at the Lane Family Funeral Home Austintown Chapel where the funeral service will be held at Noon.
