Margaret E. Clark

There will be funeral services 11 AM Monday at the Western Reserve Baptist Church for Margaret E. Clark of Boardman Twp., formerly of Austintown who passed away early Thursday morning at Boardman Community Care Center. Margaret was born March 27, 1924 in Youngstown a daughter of the late Virgil and Margaret E. Cox Summers. She had worked at McKelvey’s and was a member of the Western Reserve Baptist Church, where she was a Deacon and in the choir. Margaret was very active in her church. Margaret is survived by two children: Barbara (Richard) Kuty of Boardman Twp., and Thomas E. (Janet) Clark of Austintown; two brothers Harry D. Summers of Austintown, and George D. Summers of Hubbard; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Margaret is preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Clark whom she married September 11, 1941 and passed away October 16, 2000; two sisters Patricia Begalla and Blanche Spencer; three brothers Virgil, Samuel, and Willis Summers; and one great grandson Nathan Michael Kuty. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Western Reserve Baptist Church in Margaret’s name. Friends may call at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel from 6-8 PM Saturday evening.
