Mary Louise Macias, age 65, of Fowler, died Sunday, September 7, 2008, at 8:23 PM at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. She was born on April 30, 1943 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Peter J. Harrison and the late Rosenia (Watson) Harrison. Mrs. Macias worked for 20 years at the Red Barn Ceramics in Fowler. Her husband, Norman A. Macias Sr., whom she married on May 20, 1969, preceded her in death on January 6, 2007. She is survived by a son, Norman A. Macias Jr. of Fowler, one daughter, Carol A. Landis of Fowler, one brother, Pete J. Harrison of Fowler and three sister, Jean H. Sayers of Vienna, Anna Mae Ockenfels of Fowler and Gertrude L. Bragg of Fowler. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by one brother, Edward C. Harrison. Arrangements are being handled by Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, September 11, 2008. Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 11:00 AM Thursday Interment will be at Dugan Cemetery in Fowler.
