Mildred L. Franklin

Mildred L. (Parrish) Alltop-Franklin, age 95, of Diamond passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016. Born October 1, 1920 in Campbell, Ohio, she was the daughter of Anthony and Lucy (Leone) Parrish. Survivors include her children: Frances Dettmer and David Alltop; 10 grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren; brother Anthony Parrish and a sister Anne Klopta. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands Oscar Alltop in 1958 and Charles Franklin in 1989; daughter Lucy Walters, and a son John Alltop, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters. Friends will be received at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel on Friday from 5-8PM, where services will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 10:00AM. Burial will take place at the Four Mile Run Cemetery.
