Funeral services will be held 11am Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Miriam C. Kohn, 78, who died Sunday morning at Assumption Village Nursing Center in North Lima. She was born January 13, 1933 in Youngstown, a daughter of Thomas and Eleanor Budesky, and she resided in this area all of her life. She was a 1951 graduate of The Rayen School. She spent her adult life as a homemaker raising and caring for her family. She was of the Roman Catholic faith. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Michael Kohn, whom she married November 5, 1966. She also leaves behind four sons; Vincent Leskosky of Shaker Heights, Thomas (Teresa) Leskosky of Leetonia, Michael Leskosky of Austintown, and Kenneth (Becky Clark) Leskosky of Boardman; a sister, Florence Ingalls of Sparks, NV; and four grandchildren; Joseph, Kyle, Michael, and Brittney Leskosky. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers; Thomas, Joseph, and Stanley Budesky. Miriam was a kind and loving lady and will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her. Friends may call from 5-7pm Thursday at the funeral home.
