Rachel E. Cella

Cortland- Rachel E. Cella, age 27, passed away unexpectedly this past weekend. Rachel was born April 14, 1989 in Arkansas to William E. and Deborah A. (Keough) Wallace. She was a wonderful person and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Rachel will be missed by her mother, her boyfriend Raymond C. Gay, son Phillip F. Gay, daughter Ava Monroe Gay, brothers Michael D. (Brandy) Cella and William J. Wallace, niece Briley Cella, nephews Conner Cella, Liam Cella, and Rio Wallace; uncle James (Dawn) Slomba, aunt Cheryl Slomba, mother-in-law Veronica L. Johnson, father-in-law Charles "Bob" R. Gay, Jr. Rachel is preceded in death by her father. Friends may call 1-3PM Sunday, March 5th. at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Dr. NE in Warren, where the memorial service will begin at 3PM.
