Thelma Blosser, 85 Youngstown There will be calling hours on Friday, February 12 from 6 8PM at Lane Family Funeral Home, 65 N. Broad St., Canfield, for Thelma (Granny) Sinclair Blosser, 85, formerly of Canfield, who passed away on February 3, 2016 in Lawrenceville, GA. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Lane Funeral Home. Thelma was born Nov. 14, 1930 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Frank Frederick, Jr. and Ruth Maggianetti Slagle. In 1950, Thelma married Raymond A. Sinclair, who died in 1968. She went on to marry Howard Blosser, who died in 2002. She was a beloved and respected member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Youngstown for many years. Upon moving to Georgia in 2012, she was a member of Amazing Grace Lutheran Church in Lawrenceville. Her favorite pastimes included working at the church, crocheting blankets, watching old westerns on TV and enjoying her family. She was a teacher at Mother Goose Preschool from 1984 1992. Thelma is survived by a son, Allen (Kim) Sinclair; a daughter, Tara (Larry) Snyder all of Lawrenceville; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and her husband, Thelma was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Haupt, in 2015.
