Thomas W. Allen, 81, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio. Tom was born on April 24, 1933 to the late, William L. and Grace Floyd Allen in Carrollton, Kentucky. Tom is survived by his daughters, Patricia Allen and Melanie (Mark) Fecher. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Dorothy Delahunty and Betty Rae Allen. There will be no services.
