AUSTINTOWN- Funeral services will held at Austintown Community Church Friday at 11:00 AM for Ada Creed who died Monday at Briarfield Nursing Home. Ada was formerly of the Inn at Christine Valley and Canfield-Niles Road. Ada was born August 3, 1916 the daughter of Edward and Catherine (Mayer) Creed. She was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and retired from Austintown Public Schools in 1986 after 37 years there as a secretary. She was a member of the Church where she had served as secretary and bookkeeper and church organist. She is survived by 5 nieces. Mary Louise Quisenberry, Donna Check, Carolyn Stellers, Jean Payak and Phyllis Roth. She also leaves a sister-in-law Mary Roth, a cousin Alice Seese of Darby. Montana, 12 great nieces and nephews and 16 great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by 3 brothers John A, Mahlon G and Ewing E Creed along with a sister Margaret Jenkins and a nephew Herbert E. Roth Jr. Friends may call from 6-8 Thursday at the Lane Funeral home Austintown Chapel.
