Amanda Dawn Harmocy

Amanda Dawn Harmocy, 45, of Mineral Ridge, Ohio, passed away on the afternoon of January 17th, 2025. She was born on March 30th, 1979 in Youngstown, Ohio and was a 1997 graduate of Mineral Ridge High School and went on to get a degree in communications. 

Amanda was a bright light in the world who enjoyed music, photography, and sports but her number one love was spending time with her family. 

Amanda leaves behind to carry on her memory, her mother and step-father, Nancy and John Scheckelhoff, a brother, John Harmocy, her nieces, Ariel Laneve and Tessa Rivera, a grandmother, Elizabeth Snell, as well as her loving aunts, uncles, and cousins in New York, and her loving pets, K-Dee, Vinny, Blu and Sandy.

Amanda is preceded in death by her grandparents.
