Ann Patterson

Ann (Dobson) Patterson, 82, of Youngstown, Ohio, passed away on the afternoon of January 20th, 2025. Ann was born in Harrogate, England to the late Harry and Edith Dobson on December 14th, 1942.

Ann worked as a medical records clerk for many years and married the love of her life, Ricky Patterson, on December 28th, 1981, with whom she spent over 43 years with, and states that “she could light up a room.”

Ann was a beautiful soul with many interests throughout her life, such as baking, cooking, and Bingo but her number one love in the world was her family-especially her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Ann’s memory will be carried on through her husband, her children; Joanne (Richard) Horvath, Joseph (Debra) Cordeiro, John Cordeiro, James Cordeiro, and Sean (Renee) Patterson, her siblings; Pat Ibbetson and Graham Dobson, her grandchildren; Richard (Theresa) Horvath Jr., Kaitlyn Stoner, Cortney Husk, Cassidy Cordeiro, Joseph Cordeiro, Carrington Cordeiro, John Turney, Mason Cordeiro, Kayla Cordeiro, Lilliana Cordeiro, Rayna Cordeiro, Anthony Sisler, Timothy Sisler, Brianna Cordeiro, Nicholas Cordeiro, Austin Cordeiro, Avery Cordeiro, Carter Patterson, Cole Patterson, Keenan Patterson and Chloe Patterson, and her great-grandchildren; Jackson Stoner, Maddie Stoner, Richard Horvath III, Gavin Horvath, Adam Stigall, Harbor Hipsley, Nova Sisler, Ravyn Corderio, Lyla Corderio, Luna Sisler, Aria Cordeiro, Owen Bates, and Autumn Foster.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents, a grandson; Jonathan Augustine-Cordeiro, a great-grandson; Draco Cordeiro, and a brother; Brian Dobson.

Family and friends may call from 3pm to 5pm on Tuesday, January 28th at Lane Funeral Home- Austintown with a service to follow at 5pm.
