Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wed. at St. Christine’s Church for Anne T. Quinn age 87 of The Inn at Christine Valley who died Sun. morning at Briarfield Manor. Anne was born June 28, 1915 in Youngstown and was the daughter of Andrew and Marie (Lucas) Sandusky. She had been a substitute secretary for Youngstown School Systems from 1965-1975 and then had been a key data operator for Domestic Relations Court from 1975-1985. She was a member of St. Christine’s Church and had done volunteer work for the following organizations; Forum Health, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Victim Witness Assistance, Hands Across the Valley, Blood Mobile, done entertaining for the Golden Age Follies, was Precinct Committee Person for 5Z, active in the Democratic Women’s Committee, 1933 graduate of Chaney High School, Member of Eagles, Catholic War Veterans of WWII, and had taught dancing for Billy Earhart Dance Studio in 1930’s. Her husband James F. Quinn died in October 21, 1986. She is survived by a daughter Marcia and her husband Ron Anderson of Gahanna, OH, 2 sons James W. Quinn of Youngstown, John and his wife Patty Quinn of Canfield, a sister and a brother, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one grandson. Friends may call at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel from 5-8 Tuesday.
