Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday St. Mary’s Church, Mineral Ridge for April McCormick age 36 of 39 E. Liberty St., Mineral Ridge who died Thursday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Ms. McCormick was born May 5, 1965 in Warren, OH. A daughter of Kenneth McCormick and Billie Sylak Cocca. She was a waitress for various clubs. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church. She is survived by her parents Kenneth of Mineral Ridge and Billie of Brookfield; two sisters Vickie McCormick and Cilia Kardizes at home; two brothers Thomas and Casey McCormick at home; a maternal grandmother Audrey Sylak and paternal grandmother Marie McCormick Presco of Mineral Ridge; and a special friend Bill Joyce of Youngstown. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Friday and from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Saturday prior to the funeral at the Lane Funeral Homes, Mineral Ridge Chapel.
