Arlene Grace Gonter

Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Ellsworth Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth, OH for Arlene “Grace” Gonter of 7630 Cordova Rd., Barry, KY formerly of Brookpark Dr., Canfield who died Saturday evening at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Williamstown, KY. “Grace” was born July 4, 1929 in Youngstown, OH. A daughter of Osborne Sterling Hinerman and Frances Maude Beede Hinerman Moser. She was a telephone operator for Ohio Bell Telephone Co. and A. T. & T. for 28 years retiring 1988. She was a member of Ellsworth Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth V. F. W, Aux. and was an avid roller skater and line dancer until her recent illness prevented her participation. She is survived by her daughter Janet DeZee of Berry, KY; a sister Barbara Richards of Canfield, OH; and 2 granddaughters, Theresa DeZee and Dawn DeZee both of Berry, KY. The family request tributes to the donor’s church or charity of their choice. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church. Local arrangements are by the Lane Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
