Barbara A. Blake, 72 of Leavittsburg, died Tuesday morning, November 6, 2012. She was born August 15, 1940 in Warren, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Gush Yarosh. She was a lifetime Trumbull county resident. Barbara was a homemaker and enjoyed crossword and sudoku puzzles. She was also an avid bingo player. She married her husband, the late Willard Brooks Blake Sr., 45 years ago on July 4, 1967, who passed away 7 weeks ago to the day of her death. They were very much a devoted couple and parents who could not be parted. Barbara is survived by two sons, Robert and Willard Jr. (Carrie) both of Leavittsburg; one daughter, Belinda (Max) Decker of Southington; six grandchildren, Robert, Nick, Tina, Susan, Austin and Jaclyn; one sister, Linda Golembowski of Warren; two brothers, Harry (Ellen) Yarosh and Mike (Lela) Yarosh both of Texas and several nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Brooks Blake Sr.; her parents; two sons, James and Steve; four sisters, Patricia Linzy, Rose Strickler, Marion Strickler and Alice Rek and two brothers, John and Stephen Yarosh. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren with the Pastor Jim Dittmar officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the service on Friday..
