Barbara J. Donadee

There will be Services at 11 a.m. Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes-Austintown Chapel for Barbara J. Donadee, 52, who passed away Friday at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Barbie was born May 10, 1965 in Youngstown, a daughter of James E. and Margaret E. Lampe Rohrbaugh. She was a home-maker and was previously employed with Children Services, as well as a waitress at Rachel's Steak and Seafood. Barbie was a 1983 graduate of Chaney High School where she was a cheerleader. She then graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University. Barbie was a member of Austintown Fitch Mat Moms and Football Moms. She loved vacationing with her husband in St. Augustine and Marco Island in Florida. Barbie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was especially devoted to her grandchildren, who affectionately called her D-Darby. She is survived by her mother Marge; Richard, her husband of 32 years, whom she married December 14, 1984; her two sons, Frank (Catie) Donadee and R.J. Donadee; her brothers, James (Diane), John (Mary Ellen) and William Rohrbaugh; her sisters, Victoria (John) Sullivan, Deborah (John) Widener and Lisa Stilgenbauer; her grandchildren, Isabella, Ava and Franklin; her mother-in-law, Janet Donadee; her brothers-in-law, Robert (Georgeanne), John (Brenda) and Thomas (Karen) Donadee; and numerous nieces and nephews. Barbie was preceded in death by her father, James Rohrbaugh and her father-in-law, Frank Donadee. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the ICU at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown for their compassionate care and concern for Barbie. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and 10-11 a.m. on Friday, prior to the Service. Barbie was an organ donor for Life Bank, where memorial contributions may be given to Life Bank 4775 Richmond Rd., Cleveland, OH 44128.
