Bernice Hile

Lake Milton- Funeral services will be held 10 am Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Bernice Hile who died Sunday afternoon at Briarfield at Ashley Circle. Bernice was born April 13, 1916 in Cleveland. Bernice was a member of the Lake Milton Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Post 737 Auxiliary. She had worked at the Ravenna Arsenal during WWII as an assembler. She is survived by her son Edgar W. Hile Jr. of Berlin Center, brother Robert Carson of Berlin Center, sister Dorothy Smith of Austintown, seven grandchildren; Tammy Muentos, Tina Aliff. Dawn Threet, Dan Hile Jr., Daniel DeHoff, Victoria Cummings, Rosemarie Morrison and twenty great grandchildren. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar W. Hile Sr. whom she married in 1934, died April 23, 1978, son Danny Hile Sr, daughter Marjorie DeHoff, four brothers; Roy, Dick, Charles and Jim Carson. Family and friends may call from 5-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
