Bertha Lee Campbell

LAKE MILTON-There will be Services at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lane Family Funeral Homes-Austintown Chapel for Bertha Lee Williams Campbell, 74, who passed away Friday evening, April 5, 2019. Bertha was born March 4, 1945 in Hacker Valley, West Virginia, a daughter of Charlie Ellis and Roxie (Cowger) Williams. Bertha was a home-maker. She loved to cook and bake pies for her family. Bertha also loved to spend time with her beloved husband Howard, her six children, her grandchildren and her friends. She enjoyed gospel, country and western music. She also enjoyed flower and tomato gardening. Berthas husband, Howard Junior Campbell, whom she married August, 10, 1968, died Oct. 7, 2007. Bertha is survived by her six children, Sharon (Joe) Batista of Warren, Gloria (D.J.) Cribley of Diamond, Sheila Cribley of Grande Blanc, MI, John (Carol) Campbell of Eaton Rapids, MI, Leah (Rick) Barnett of Grande Blanc, MI and Marie Lynn (the late, Wayne) Collins of Niles; her brother, Wilbert Williams of Hacker Valley, WV; her sister, Della Williams of Cleveland, WV; 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Bertha was preceded in death by her brothers, Ellis James and Willie Paul Williams; her sister, Ocie Gay Coombs and her nephew, Keith Lynn Williams. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday and 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
