Betty J. Sabo

Betty J. Sabo of 1199 Warner Rd., Vienna, OH, died at 3:40 PM Sunday at Autumn Hills Nursing Home. She was 89. Mrs. Sabo was born in Luzerne, PA on September 17, 1914, a daughter of Joseph and Kathryn (Bankosh) Fedor. She was a self-employed houskeeper and was a member of Vienna Baptist Church. In her spare time, Betty enjoyed flowers, gardening and crocheting. Her husband, Louis Sabo, whom she married December 19, 1936, died December 31, 1971. Survivrs include: 1 son, Richard Sabo, Vienna; 3 Grandchildren, Brian and Todd Sabo, Bonita Shelar; and 4 great granchildren, Steven, Angela, Michaela and Morgan Sabo. She was preceded in death by: her parents; 3 brothers, Steve, Joseph and John Fedor; and 4 sisters, Kathryn Hales, Mary Dadich, Pearl Sabo, and Irene Lucas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Madasz Funeral Chapel, Brookfield, with Rev. Frank Odor, retired Pastor of Vienna Baptist Church. Calling hours will be from 4-8 PM Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vienna Baptist Church (or) the American Cancer Society.
