Carlton Douglas Bourne II

Carlton Douglas Bourne II went home to be with the Lord on August 19th,2024 surrounded by his family. He was born on July 15th,1973 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Carlton Douglas Bourne and Brenda Lee Thomas-Bourne. After graduation, Carlton went on to become an RN, which “was his passion in life.” He was employed through the Ohio State University and took great pride in his work. This was shown through the immense care and compassion he gave to every patient he came across. Besides his career, Carlton enjoyed cooking (and eating), designer fashion, traveling, but most of all, he had a love for his children, spending as much time as he could with them and the rest of his family. 

Carlton is survived by his children; Johnny Brown, Kemaun Bourne, Anthony Bourne, and Makayla Smith, his siblings; Pauline, Joyce, Gloria, Mary, Carolyn, Muriel, Myrtilla, Renita, and brother Louis; and grandchildren, Mariah Catley, Syriah Brown, Jeremiah Bourne, Giovanni Bourne, Gianna Bourne, Elijah Bourne and soon to be grandchild, Arianna Bourne.

Carlton’s homecoming is preceded by his mother and father, as well as a sister, Darla Jean Thomas.

Family and friends may call Friday September 6th from 10am to 11am at Lane Funeral Home-Austintown with a service to follow at 11am.
