Carole A. Collingwood

Carole A. Collingwood passed away Saturday, March 11th at Austinwoods Nursing Center, at the age of 70. She was born February 3, 1947 in Youngstown the daughter of the late Merle and Lillian (Moran) Collingwood. She was a lifelong area resident and catholic by faith, Carole attended St. Charles School and was a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, class of 1965. She worked on the line for Packard / Delphi Electric and retired in 2001. Carole enjoyed going to garage sales, and thrift stores, as well as her dogs, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandson Mason. Carole leaves two sons, Brian (Meghan Hamilton) Collingwood and Shawn Collingwood both of Austintown, one grandson Mason Collingwood of Austintown, and one brother Bill (Donna) Collingwood of Clovis, CA. Besides her parents, Carole was preceded in death by one brother, Fred Collingwood. Friends may call from 4 to 6 PM Saturday, March 18th at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
