Cecelia Catherine Bellay

Cecelia Catherine Bellay, 95 of Cortland and formerly of Warren died Wednesday afternoon, March 13, 2019, at Ohio Living Lake Vista of Cortland. She was born May 13, 1923 in St. Michael, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Vitt and Frances Perrak Ivock. Her working career began at Ohio Lamp in Warren, but she worked for many years as a waitress and server in the restaurant in Copperweld Steel and the cafeterias at Warren General Hospital and JFK High School. She was a member of St. James Church site, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish. She is survived by one son, Greg S. (Joy) Bellay of Fowler Township and one brother, Joseph Ivock of Seaford, Delaware. Her husband of nearly 57 years, Joseph Bellay, whom she married September 30, 1946 preceded her in death March 6, 2003. One son, James Bellay died in 2009 and one brother and four sisters also preceded her in death. There will be no services or calling hours.
