Cheri Ann Grischow

Funeral services celebrating the life of Cheri Grischow will be held at 11 AM Saturday, March 2, at Western Reserve United Methodist Church. Cheri passed away Saturday evening, February 23, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Hospital / Mercy Health Boardman Campus surrounded by her loved ones. Cheri was born February 22, 1966 in Youngstown, the daughter of Lawrence Probert and Nadine (Lewis) Ruess. She was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School, class of 1984 and received her associates degree in marketing from Youngstown State University. Cheri worked as a leasing administrator with AT&T for 15 years. She was a member of Western Reserve United Methodist Church. Cheri leaves her husband Dr. Thomas Grischow, whom she married August 21, 1993. She also leaves her mother Nadine and step-father Gerald Ruess of Austintown, two sisters, Laurie (Jim) Grischow of Boardman and Kerri (Mark) Lightner of Austintown and one sister-in-law Ann Marie Grischow of Austintown, along with several nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends may call from 4 to 7 PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel and again from 10 AM until 11 AM Saturday at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church where services will begin at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Donate Life Ohio in Cheris name.
