Daniel Szuhay

Boardman- A private service was held Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown for Daniel Szuhay of 4541 Alderwood Drive in Austintown who died Monday at Shepard of the Valley Care Center. Daniel was born June 2, 1929 in Cambridge, Ohio the son of Daniel and Jenny (Bodo) Szuhay. Daniel was a Veteran of the Army and served in the koren War, , he then worked at the Youngstown Sheet & Tube before retiring after 35 years of service. Mr. Szuhay leaves his loving wife Miyoko (Hatada) Szuhay who he married on August 24, 1951. He also leaves 2 daughters JoAnn Kocanyar and Justine Szuhay both of Youngstown along with 2 sons Jim Szuhay of Youngstown and Dan Szuhay of Chicago, Ill. Daniel is also survived by a sister Jenny smith of Kentucky and 5 grandchildren. He is preceeded in death by his parents and a brother Orie Szuhay. There were no calling hours.
