Darla Norine Hall

Darla Norine Hall, 84, passed peacefully January 20, 2019. After graduating from UCLA, Darla worked for the American Embassy in Pakistan, Paraguay, London, and Washington D.C. Following her government employment, Darla taught adult education at MCJVS (MCCTC) for more than 20 years, empowering students and developing lifelong friendships. Married to Roy Elton Hall (deceased 2012) in 1968, she is survived by her daughter Leslie Hall of Fishers, IN. Darla maintained her red hair and indomitable spirit, along with her loves of travel, books, music, technology, politics, and cats all the days of her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Calling hours will be held at Lane Funeral Home in Canfield Thursday 4-7pm; there will be no services held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Angels for Animals (angelsforanimals.org), Ellsworth Community Church, and Hospice House (hospiceofthevalley.com).
