Donald E. Sutliff

Donald E. Sutliff, 87, passed away Sunday morning, May 28, 2017, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Warren, OH. Donald was born in Warren, OH on April 29, 1930, a son of the late Neal M. and Elma M. (Lundy) Sutliff. He was a graduate of Bristolville High School and after high school; he joined the United States Army from 1948 till his honorable discharge in 1951. After his discharge he worked at Antenucci Inc. as a plumber until he became self employed for a period of time and then retired from Antenucci Inc. in 1992. He was a 32nd Degree Mason of the West Farmington Masonic Lodge #507, and the Scottish Rite of Youngstown for over 60 years. He was a longtime member of the Men's Golf League at Tamer Win Golf Course in Cortland, OH and a former member of the Cortland Lion's Club. He was an avid big game hunter, hunting all over North America and owned a hunting and guiding company for 20 years north of Loma, CO. He also enjoyed golfing and recorded three holes-in-one. Donald is survived by his children, Nancy (Michael) Zienkiewicz of Weare, NH, Pam (Michael) Phillips of New Port Richey, FL, and Scott (Suzanne) Sutliff of Galloway, OH; four granddaughters, two grandsons, three great-grandsons, and two great-granddaughters. He is also survived by his first wife and mother of his children, Jeanne Schlott. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen M. (Wilson) Sutliff, whom he married on August 24, 1974 and passed away on November 19, 2010; and his brothers James and Dean Sutliff.
