Dora Marie Gumina

Dora M. Gumina, age 80 of Niles, passed away at Hospice House on July 27, 2020. Dora was born on March 20, 1940 to Leroy & Violet (Whitehead) Cogan.

In May of 1958, Dora was united in marriage to Peter Gumina who preceded her in death in December of 2011.

She loved cooking and baking, as well as a sitting around the table playing cards. However, Dora will be remembered for her infectious laugh and making memories with her family.

Dora is survived by her daughter Tracy (Derik McIntosh) Gumina-McIntosh; her grandchildren: Nicholas & Jenna Gumina and Adalyn & Maisie McIntosh; and her sister Jeanie (Bill) Bremner as well as many other relatives.

Besides her husband of 53 years, Dora was preceded in death by her sons Timothy and Robert Gumina, her sister Diane Grubbs, her brothers Larry & Danny Ashburn and her parents.

Cremation has taken place and private services will be held with burial at Niles City Cemetery.
