Earl Callow Sr.

Bristolville – Earl Callow Sr., 85, passed away July 1, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his family. 

Earl was born on November 17, 1938 in Niles, OH, a son of the late Leon and Katie Callow. 

He was a graduate of Niles Mc Kinley High School and a proud veteran of the United States Army. 

He was a member of the Masonic William Farr Lodge No 672. He loved being outdoors, whether he was working on his farm, gardening, or fishing. He also enjoyed traveling all over the United States and internationally. 

Earl will be deeply missed by his loving children, Leona (Jim) Florence, Earl (Christine) Callow Jr., and Sonya Callow; grandchildren, Kristoffer, Alexander, Sabrina, Steven, and Anneliese; and brothers, Carl Callow, Eugene (Vicki) Callow, Joseph (Beverly) Callow, Veliko (Karen) Callow, and Blagoy (Rose) Callow. 

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Eric Callow and his lifelong partner, Laura Catauro. 

Private services will be held, and arrangements were entrusted with Lane Family Funeral Homes Shafer-Winans Chapel in Cortland. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Harmony Hospice in Earl’s memory.
