Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 10 at 1:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield chapel for Earl H. Schoenfelt of Skyline Ave. in Canfield, who passed away Tuesday at Austinwoods Nursing Home. Mr. Schoenfelt was born November 23, 1920 in Youngstown, the son of Paul and Bertha (Sybrant) Schoenfelt. A WWII Navy Seaman First Class, Earl was a boilermaker and worked out of Boilermakers Union Local #744 and retired in 1983 after 38 years of service. He loved boating, fishing, and RVing. Mr. Schoenfelt leaves his wife Evelyn (Richards) whom he married March 7, 1940 and a daughter Donna Collins of Canfield. He also leaves eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Earl was preceded in death by a brother Eugene, a sister Mary Lynn, a daughter Patricia and a granddaughter Christine. Friends and family may call at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel on Thursday May 9, from 6-8 PM where a boilermakers service will be held
