Edgar William Foster

Edgar William Foster, 91, of McDonald, passed away on February 3, 2025 at his residence in McDonald, OH. 

He was born on July 24, 1933 to Stanley and Margerite (Genoy) in Vendex, MA. Edgar worked as a Machinist for 41 years. On June 16, 1965 he married Linda Petrilla.

Edgar proudly served our country in United States Army. He continued serving and protecting our country by joining the National Guard. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

Left to carry on Edgar’s memory are, four daughters, Sharon (Rick) Fisher, Barbara (Billy) Roberson, Linda (Gary) Starky, Sheila Courtney (Thomas Baez); Donald Foster, Edward (Nona) Foster, Richard (Trina) Foster, George Foster, Gary (Patricia) Foster.

He was preceded in death by Wife, Linda K. (Petrilla) Foster, his parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 11:00am at Green Haven Memorial Gardens (3495 S. Canfield-Niles Road Canfield, OH 44406).
