Edgar W Koby Sr.

Warren Edgar W. Koby Sr., 78, passed away Monday morning, May 8, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. Edgar was born on May 28, 1938 in Warren, OH, a son of the late Trevor and Susan (Mathison) Koby. He was a life time area resident and during school he started working at his family business, Koby Radiator, with his father. He eventually became the business owner and worked there until the past couple years. He enjoyed watching Nascar races, especially Dale Earnhardt. He also enjoyed going to a couple races a year wife with his wife, which included Daytona 500. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Patty (Vail) Koby, whom he married on April 28, 1958 and spent 59 years together; his children, Lisa Street of Warren, OH, Edgar W. Koby Jr. of West Ampton NJ, and Robert Koby of Warren, OH; nine grandchildren, Rachel Street, Thomas Street, Justin Street, Edgar W. Koby III, Stetson Koby, C.J. Koby, Taylor Koby, Kristie Kletcka, and Kenny Laricca; seven great-grandchildren, Winston Street, Rowan Street, Vera Street, Dillon Koby, Ryker Kletecka, and Jayden Laricca; and his sister, Susuan Ambrose. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Joanne Bradshaw and his brother Sunny Koby. Arrangements for Edgar were entrusted with Lane Family Funeral Homes Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren, OH.
