Edith B. McMurray, 86 Edith B. McMurray, 86 of Austintown died Saturday afternoon at Austinwoods Nursing Home. Edith was born October 28, 1932 in North Lima, a daughter of the late Guy William and Florence (Casity) Harnevious. She graduated from North Lima High School where she was a cheerleader and had worked in the domestic department for J.C. Penney in the Mahoning Plaza and also in Thomasville, Georgia for 10 years. Edith was an avid seamstress and enjoyed crocheting, but most importantly she was a homemaker, a mother and a grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family. Her husband, Charles W. McMurray, whom she married October 27, 1951, died April 27, 1996. She leaves two daughters, Gwenda L. (William) Boughamer of Youngstown, Bonita (Rex) Naples of Austintown; a son, William G. (Dawn) McMurray of Newton Falls; seven grandchildren, Effie, Daniel, Star, Mindy, Jessica, Kayla and Hannah and 10 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and her husband, Edith was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Harnevious and her twin, Samuel Harnevious and a half- sister, Beverly Bennett. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
