ELEANOR G. RUBY 67 CANFIELD---Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, for Mrs. Eleanor G. Ruby, 67 of 3615 High Meadow Dr., who died Monday morning in Austinwoods Care Center. Mrs. Ruby was born December 9, 1934 in Aitch, PA, the daughter of Alfred and Mary Hall. Eleanor had been employed as a bus driver for the Mahoning County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities School 14 years. Prior to driving bus she had been custodian at the Christ United Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of the Saxton-Liberty High School in Saxton, PA. and is a current member of the Grace Church of the Nazarene. Eleanor loved being with her family and enjoyed crafts and traveling. She is survived by her husband, Max Ruby, whom she married December 17, 1955. a daughter, Beverly Kravec of Austintown, four sisters, Juliann Holland of Huntington, PA. Catherine Reed of Home City, Pa, Audrey Edwards of North Jackson, Bertha Baker of Girard and brothers Alfred Hall Jr. of North Jackson, Danny Hall of Charlotte, N.C. and Dexter Hall of Indianapolis, IN. and a grand-daughter, Mackenzie Kravec.
