Evelyn Hartman

AUSTINTOWN- There are no calling hours or funeral services for Evelyn Hartman of 850 N. Meridian Ave. formerly of Fairground Blvd. in Canfield who died Thursday eve. at Northside Hospital. Evelyn was born Sept. 29, 1919 in Youngstown and was the daughter of Thomas Andrew and Blanche (Cunningham) Walther. She was a member of Canfield United Methodist Church, Canfield AARP, Golden Agers, Friendship 500 Club and Canasta Club. Her husband Walter A. Hartman whom she married Nov. 2, 1940 died June 21, 1982. She is survived by a daughter Dorothy DeSalvo of Austintown, OH, two sons, James Hartman of Lima, OH, Thomas E. Hartman of Kansas, a sister Dorothy Smith of San Gabriel, Calif., six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother Thomas J. Walter.
