Florence Maxine Depp

Florence Maxine Depp, age 89, of North Jackson passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024. She was born in Punxsutawney, PA on October 2, 1934, to the late William and Nellie Horner.

She retired from Packard Electric after 30 years. She enjoyed going to the flea markets and gardening. She was married to her husband William Depp and together they had two children, son, Bill (Sherry) of Austintown, her caregiver of 18 years; daughter, Janice (Matthew) of Champion; 4 grandchildren, Nicole, Marla, Michael, Chad; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Depp, sister, Genevieve Harriger, and brothers, William Horner and Donald Guy Horner. 

Calling hours will be at Deeley Funeral Home 33 Hillcrest Dr. Punxsutawney, PA 15767 from 1:00 PM- 2:30 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2024, with a memorial service to follow at 2:30 PM. Interment will be in Olive Cemetery. The family would like to give a Special Thanks to Sister Dolly and all the staff at Antonine Village for all the Professional care she received, including Patriot Hospice and the Chaplain for visiting with a warm-hearted prayer service.
