Florence E. Rader

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 15, 2001 at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel for Florence E. Rader, age 72, of 545 Stanton Ave., Niles, Ohio. Florence passed away early Sunday morning at the Cleveland Clinic from complications following surgery. Florence was born March 20, 1929 in Cortland, Ohio. The daughter of Charles and Kirtha (Baker) Swisher. She was a member of the Southside Presbyterian Church and its Ladies Auxillary. She also served as the director of Finance and was on the committee for Paraphanalia and Hospitality for the Job's Daughters Bethel #35 in Niles. Florence enjoyed games, music, and being in the Western Reserve Dalmation Club. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Rader, whom she married May 29, 1969. Three sons; Anthony Mancini of Warren, Paul Mancini of Kinsman and John Mancini of Warren. She also leaves a daughter Debbie Mancini of Niles, as well as 2 stepdaughters; Coralea Cormier of Marengo, Ohio and Rebecca Jones of Fredericktown, Ohio. Florence also leaves 2 sisters and 2 brothers; Grace Daugherty of Champion, Betty Ann Hunter of Leesburg, Florida, Charles Swisher of Howland and Melvin Swisher of Niles. Also included in survivors are 18 grandchildren. A brother, Arnold Swisher is deceased. Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, August 14, at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel. The family requests that memorial tributes be sent to The Lupus Foundation in care of the funeral home.
