Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 12th at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Frank G. Flint of 72 Winona Ave. in Canfield who passed away Monday morning at his home. Mr. Flint was born Feb. 16, 1919 in Youngstown the son of Frank and Louise (Halt) Flint. He was the chief clerk in the shops dept. at Youngstown Sheet and Tube and retired in 1980 after 38 years of service. Frank worked many years in the sound tower at the Canfield Fair and was a member of St. Albans Lodge #0677 F & AM as well as the Past Associate Guardian of Job’s Daughters Bethel # 23 in Youngstown. He was also a South High School Graduate. Besides his wife the former Pauline (Feeley) whom he married August 30, 1941, Frank leaves two daughters: Susanne Randall of Ellsworth and Mary Lou Rhoads of North Jackson, as well as a sister Barbara Williams of Austintown, and 2 brothers: John of Youngstown, and David of Exton, PA. He also leaves 4 grandchildren: Tammy Gustafson, Scott Randall, Jean and Jimmy Rhoads and a great-grandson, Reece Gustafson. Memorial tributes may be sent to Berlin Center United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. on Thursday, October 11 at the funeral home.
