Helen E. Sabatos

Services will be held at 10:30 .m. on Saturday, January 5, at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel, and 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthias Church for Helen E. Sabatos of 45 S. Turner Road Austintown, who passed away Wednesday at her residence. Mrs. Sabatos was born June 26, 1911 in New Brittian CN. The daughter of Joseph and Caroline(Sazo) Peto. She was a baker for the Youngstown Country club for many years. She was a member of Holy Name Church. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Creighton of Austintown, grandchildren Jackie Fleckenstein, Tina Harbaugh, Joseph Creighton, Carol Ann Creighton, Thomas A. Creighton, three great grandchildren Ashley, Ryan and Nash. She preceded in death by her husband John A. Sabatos whom she married in 1933 and who died in 1967, and a son John Sabatos. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
