Jane E. Clark

February 20, 1921 — June 17, 2018

Jane Elizabeth Clark, age 97, a life-long resident of North Jackson, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Born February 20, 1921 in Ellsworth, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mabel (Schnurrenberger) Cessna. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Federated Church of North Jackson. Jane enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, playing cards, bowling and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. Survivors include her sons: Dewey A. (Martha), Dennis R., and William J. (Patricia) Clark; her daughter-in-law Dorothy; (eight) grandchildren and (nine) great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Manferd A. Clark, whom she married on November 21, 1936, he passed away November 27, 2004; a son Robert E., as well as her sisters Mildred Wilson and Margaret Stroup and a brother William Cessna. Friends will be received at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel at 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM on June 21, 2018; where services will be held at 12:00 PM on June 21, with Pastor Jack Acri and Pastor Joan Purnell officiating. Burial will take place at the North Jackson Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Federated Church memorial fund.
