Janice Marlowe

VIENNA- Janice E. Marlowe, age 81, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Janice was born February 19, 1938 in Warren, Ohio to the late Robert and Margaret (Lolozsi) Haynie. She attended Braceville High School. Janice liked to bake, she also enjoyed playing Bocci in her younger years. Her family was paramount, she especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren. Besides her parents, Janice is preceded in death by her son Robert "Bobby" Sechler. Janice is survived by her husband James Marlowe, her sons, Dan Sechler, Michael Sechler, and Cecil "Cricket" Sechler, Jr.; five grandchildren, Ashley, Joseph, Christopher, Devin, and Sean; six great-grandchildren, Zachery, Caleb, Issiah, Hunter, Walker, and Willow. She will be missed by her brothers, Jim Haynie, Tom Haynie, David (Barbara) Haynie, and Bill (Janice) Haynie; two sisters Joyce Stamm and Sharon Haynie. Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Lane Funeral Home, Shafer-Winans Chapel in Cortland.
