JOHNSTON: Jayce Chase Champ only visited for a moment before passing away on May 3, 2017 in Boardman. Jayce surprised his parents Jesse Champ IV & Tanya Angel with an extra early arrival on May 2nd, 2017. His sweet soul here only briefly touched the hearts of his family forever. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday May 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church; 3020 Reeves Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483. Burial will follow in Johnston Township Cemetery. Besides his loving parents, Jayce is survived by his maternal grandparents Rigoberto & Amelia Angel, his paternal grandmother Amber Cochran and his paternal grandfather Jesse (Tessa) Champ III as well as many other relatives.
