Jeffrey Michael Moracco, of Girard, a father, husband, brother, son, uncle and all around great guy who would give the shirt off his back to help anyone, was taken suddenly from the world far too soon on Thursday, November 14th, just three days after his 45th birthday.
He was born November 11, 1979 in Salem and was a 1998 graduate of Canfield High School. He then went on to achieve an Electrical Engineering Technology degree from Youngstown State University. Jeff worked for Building Integrated Services in Akron for the past six years, and was as hard of a worker as you would ever find.
He was always willing to help with a project, dropping whatever he might have been doing to bring his skills or back to help out anyone in need. He gave tirelessly of himself to help others, the word no was not in his vocabulary. He loved hosting family and friends for a cookout. The world has lost an exceptional man.
Jeff, who was always a family first man, is survived by his best friend and wife of twenty years, the former Kelly M. Stofan, and his best buddy, their son Brady Michael. He also leaves behind his mother, Robin Moracco, brothers Paul (Jessica) and Gregg, and sister Amanda; his other parents, Keith and Marilyn Stofan, brother in law Scott (Laura), nephews, Michael, Dominic, Ryan, Jonathan, and niece Madison.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul F. Moracco.
Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM Friday, November 22nd at the Lane Funeral Home Madasz Chapel, 6923 Warren-Sharon Rd., Brookfield, with Pastor Joel Theis officiating.
Friends may call 4-6 PM Friday at the funeral home.
He will be laid to rest in the Brookfield Township Cemetery.
