Judith L. Norton

Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Friday in Imm. Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Judith Norton of Austintown who passed away Monday morning at her residence. Mrs. Norton was born April 22, 1947 in East Liverpool the daughter of Uril “Ike” and Mary K. Shannon. Mrs Norton was employed as a billing clerk for Ohio Sports and Spine in Boardman. She was a member of the church where she was president of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member and Imm. Past President of the American Legion Aux. Post 301 Austintown. She was an Almni Coordinator for Austintown Fitch Soccer Boosters and a 1965 graduate of East Liverpool High School. She is survived by her mother of East Liverpool, her husband George Norton whom she married in 1974, children: Shannon (Conley) Lynn Stanley III of Dayton, Michael Shane Norton and Steven Carlisle Norton both of Austintown; one granddaughter Camryn Renee Norton, one sister Vicki (Gary) Jacob of East Liverpool; four brothers: Reed (Esther) Shannon of Everson Washington, Scott (Robin) Shannon, and Ned Shannon both of East Liverpool, and Steve (Kathy) Shannon of New Cumberland W. Va; and 8 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father. Friends may call from 4-8 Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel. Where American Legion services will be at 8 PM. Family requests that memorial contributions take the form of donations to Hospice of the Valley or St. Judes.
