Kenneth Carl Deweese

Funeral services celebrating The Right of Christian Burial will be held 2 PM Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel, for Kenneth Carl DeWeese, 55, of Diamond. Ken passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 29, 2019. He was born May 15, 1963 in Youngstown the son of Perry and Alice (Toporcer) DeWeese. He was a member of the Catholic Faith and a 1981 graduate of Jackson-Milton High School. Ken worked in the paint repair department at General Motors Lordstown for 23 years. Prior to General Motors, Ken owned his own landscaping business. He enjoyed landscaping and was extremely knowledgeable about horticulture. Ken also enjoyed deer hunting, trapping, traveling and at one time Ken was a co-owner of race horses. Besides his parents Perry and Alice of Diamond, Ken leaves a daughter Gina (Shane) Holton of Lordstown, a son Tim Vestal of Warren, One grandson Logan, one brother, Tim (Tracy) DeWeese of Youngstown, as well as one niece. Friends may call from 12 Noon until 2 PM Saturday, February 2, at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel where services will begin at 2 PM.
